Hands-on AI × UI/UX Workshop Conducted at Daikin Industries’ amana Creative Camp
In July 2025, Yuki Shinohara, CEO of nae, spoke at “amana Creative Camp,” held at Daikin Industries’ Technology and Innovation Center. This program was designed for Daikin’s in-house designers with the aim of strengthening UI/UX expertise and enhancing creativity and ideation through the practical use of AI.
Under the theme “The Frontlines of AI-Driven UI/UX Development Projects,” Shinohara shared approaches to integrating AI into UI/UX design, along with the latest real-world examples. In addition, a hands-on workshop was conducted using a hypothetical project, where participants worked with AI on persona development, UI generation, and UX validation as part of a practical design workflow.
Participants commented that the program helped lower psychological barriers to using AI and provided insights that could be applied immediately to their daily work.
