nae participated as a speaker in the “Woman’s Open Lab powered by reanne,” a three-day event held from March 4 to March 6 at CIC Tokyo.
This event supports the empowerment of women and the realization of a gender-equal society by fostering community engagement across all walks of life. It provided a platform for people of all genders, generations, and organizational backgrounds to come together, share knowledge and experiences, and engage in open dialogue through a variety of programs.
nae took part in the talk session titled “Visualizing Women’s Unique Challenges,” where we shared insights from our initiatives—such as visualizing organizational issues that affect women’s ease of working, and designing employee journeys—from the perspective of our past and ongoing support work.
