nae provided comprehensive branding and UX supervision for the launch of Culture Goods, a corporate goods service designed with environmental and social responsibility in mind. Our work included clarifying the Mission, Vision, and Values; developing the Brand Concept and Promise; and articulating the brand’s strengths through competitive analysis in both Japanese and English.
To enhance the overall user experience, we also supported the planning and design of UX strategies, utilizing tools such as customer journey maps and service blueprints. This ensured consistency and clarity across all aspects of the service.
